Edgar Varese (1882-1965), a French composer and pianist, made many musical compositions in his lifetime. He was best known for creating his “Theatre of Eternal Music”. The “Theatre of Eternal Music” was a series of pieces that were inspired by nature and the natural world. Several of these works feature synthesized sounds and rhythms created from the natural world around Varese.
